Refund policy

At Cambridge Mercantile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy for full price items only.

To be eligible for a return, please notify us by phone or email within 14 days from the date of delivery. Item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with their tags. Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you a printable return label via email along with any additional instructions. We kindly ask that you wait for our response before sending back any items to ensure a smooth return process.

Regarding shipping fees, the original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but choose to return it, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Therefore, when initiating a return, please keep in mind that the refund amount may be reduced by the applicable shipping fee.

Sale Merchandise 

Please note that all sale merchandise is final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item for another item or store credit, please contact us and provide us with the details of your request. We will review and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be in stock. Additionally, any price differences between the exchanged items will be processed as either a refund or additional charge.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us. 

 

Damages or Order Issues

We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or issues with your item. We will promptly evaluate and work with you to correct the issue.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
